DIRECTOR

Adam has recruited purely within marketing for nearly 10 years now… and he loves it! Whether it’s getting under the skin of a candidate who is unsure about their next move, or pulling apart a job specification to help a client build their team, you’ll struggle to find someone more passionate about their craft.

He works with companies all over the country, covering industries such as software, technology, pharmaceuticals, sport, manufacturing, FMCG and more.

Adam believes the backbone of being a good recruiter is being honest, and this has been a key driver in creating Rosslyn David.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jessica manages the ‘behind the scenes’ side of Rosslyn David, where she has heaps of previous experience.

She can be found doing anything from designing Rosslyn David ‘artwork’ and updating the social media pages/website, to implementing and maintaining office procedures, plus everything in between, basically supporting the team wherever necessary.

Outside of work she spends her time attempting to ‘manage’ her toddler, whilst baking and doing yoga!

TOP DOG

Oscar has a dual role - “Head of Happiness” and also “Chief of Squirrel Security”.

You might find him sniffing under your desk, just making sure you’re safe, or in his bed asleep… but he can often be found sitting on James Human’s lap! He has 7 years experience, so he really knows his stuff – the paw-fect fluffy colleague!

He’s keen on most foods, but the sure-fire way to his heart is salmon, steak, or rich tea biscuits!
