DIRECTOR

Adam has recruited purely within marketing for nearly 10 years now… and he loves it! Whether it’s getting under the skin of a candidate who is unsure about their next move, or pulling apart a job specification to help a client build their team, you’ll struggle to find someone more passionate about their craft.

He works with companies all over the country, covering industries such as software, technology, pharmaceuticals, sport, manufacturing, FMCG and more.

Adam believes the backbone of being a good recruiter is being honest, and this has been a key driver in creating Rosslyn David.

MARKETING HEADHUNTER

James is a seasoned marketing specialist recruiter with 6 years under his belt - a smooth transition from his previous career as a Bank Manager where he honed many key skills critical in his success in recruitment.

Quick to adapt and learn his trade, James has placed brand new marketing functions in to start ups, execs in to SMEs and Heads Of and Directors in to international corporates, covering industries across B2C, B2B and 3rd Sector.

He attributes his success to 2 core skills, problem solving and relationship building and is as comfortable working with senior stakeholders as he is junior.

Where will you find him in his spare time? Under the bonnet of his cars, tooling up for some home DIY, watching the F1 or pretending he can ski. Rum makes all of them better.

MARKETING HEADHUNTER

James has specialised in marketing & sales recruitment since he started in the industry. Having previously run a commercial radio station, managing teams and delivering commercial success, he is using his experience as both a client and candidate to create his own values as a recruiter.

During his time in recruitment, he’s worked across a wide range of sectors including, Technology, Charity, IT, Medical Devices and Healthcare. Placing people both in their first ever roles, and senior people at the peak of their careers. He supports all in the same way, with a high level of professionalism and a touch of fun!

James is kept busy outside of work with family life, watching sport and movies whenever he can.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jessica manages the ‘behind the scenes’ side of Rosslyn David, where she has heaps of previous experience.

She can be found doing anything from designing Rosslyn David ‘artwork’ and updating the social media pages/website, to implementing and maintaining office procedures, plus everything in between, basically supporting the team wherever necessary.

Outside of work she spends her time attempting to ‘manage’ her toddler, whilst baking and doing yoga!

MARKETING HEADHUNTER

Harry is an experienced recruiter across Education, HR, Office and now Marketing. He loves to delve into the details and makes processes efficient and thorough.

Harry prides himself on his ability to quickly build relationships and identify what people are really in need of. Trustworthy and reliable, he values helping people immensely and will go above and beyond to do so.

Outside of work you will find Harry experiencing fine dining across Cambridgeshire or in the kitchen giving it ago himself. Besides food, Harry enjoys F1, Olympics, MMA and Film & TV.

TOP DOG

Oscar has a dual role - “Head of Happiness” and also “Chief of Squirrel Security”.

You might find him sniffing under your desk, just making sure you’re safe, or in his bed asleep… but he can often be found sitting on James Human’s lap! He has 7 years experience, so he really knows his stuff – the paw-fect fluffy colleague!

He’s keen on most foods, but the sure-fire way to his heart is salmon, steak, or rich tea biscuits!
