When we opened our doors in 2018 we hadn’t planned to use a Headhunt model. It’s something which first developed through necessity and has now become the backbone to our model and key to our success.

In fact, autonomy is key here. As a team we share best practice (of course) but you’ll be trusted to manage your projects as you see fit with the support of those around you as needed.

This mentality of teamwork carries through the business. The most important thing in this business is its people, which is why all decisions are made as a team, we’re all treated equally and everyone’s voice counts.
